Multi-day Adventurous Elopement in Sahara Desert | Morocco
Planning and organizing an adventurous elopement in the Sahara desert was my eternal goal and dream. For years, I had the vision of capturing an elopement with camels in the dunes after a night in a Berber tent 🐪.
When my Couple wrote to me and shared the plan to visit Morocco, I told them about my secret vision and since then we were totally absorbed into this project.
We spent several days together, experiencing countless adventures and attractions of the wonderful culture of Morocco, which I love and I can never get enough of it. 🇲🇦 With irreplaceable assistance of
Yalla Morocco , that organised all accommodations and transports for us, we were traveling 4 days between Marrakech, Atlas Mountains, Ait Ben Haddou, Dades & Roses Valley, Merzouga and Fes.
The Couple entrusted me not only with planning of their dreamlike wedding, but also styling, because this is something that I feel great and makes me even more involved in all project. It was additional challange and fun to find the best aesthetic concepts for them during their shoots. Thanks to this, all the material gained visual coherence and the harmony of colours, which is truly important element in creating the final material and visual story of loved people in journey.
I am very grateful that it was possible at this wedding. The last day of the final desert ceremony was very exciting for us! We could not fall asleep the previous night. The bride arrived at the ceremony place on a camel, where the groom was waiting since sunrise. Just after they exchanged vows and carried out a sand exchange ceremony, a sand storm broke out. It wasn't strong enough to stop us from shooting their couple photos. On the contrary, it made a unique light effect and amazing background that I have never seen in Sahara looking so cinematic.
I also did my first attempt to the astrophotography! Between the photographs of our multi- day Sahara trip you will find some snaps with the sky with stars in the night too 🌠
